Excellent Team, friendly, very professional. My experience with them has been great. My coordinator/social service manager Lucia is an excellent person. I do recommend them.

I’ve tried calling this office several times to see if I could reach someone about my plan, and it directs me to a voicemail system. I’ve physically been in this office before and there is someone at the front desk. This office is always busy so I’m confused why no one can answer the phone? Why have a phone number listed and to make matters worse you guys have the voicemail box completely full. I just need to alter one thing and I figured calling first before I drive 25-30 minutes over to make the process easier. If there is anyone I can speak to?

A family member of mine went to this place to RENEW their NEXT YEAR (2026) insurance. I got asked not to do this review by my family member but I dont find it fair that due to a mistake made by one of this people, my family member now has to pay a high elevated bill to the insurance just for ONE month, when monthly bills were really low before. Prices for other appointments also got increased do to this error. My family member went back to get a solution for this but the person responsible did not help nor admitted their mistake. Instead got confronted and got told that we were in the wrong. Someone else from the company intervened but the damage was already done. We were highly recommended to this place but after this experience, i will tell everyone around my circle to PREVENT going to this place. Thank you very much for your mistake and not admitting to it nor doing anything helpful enough. PSA. if a client goes to renew their insurance for NEXT YEAR (2026), why would you make changes to the CURRENT YEAR PLAN (2025)? it shows lack of knowledge in the field. Seems to me like they were just trying to make a sell rather than listen to their customer needs.

I’ve been a client of this place for several years, and the service has always been of the highest quality. The treatment of each customer is excellent, especially Lucia, who has been the one assisting me since the very beginning. I’m extremely pleased with her and with the entire office for the outstanding service they’ve provided over the years. Without a doubt, this is a place I would recommend 100%—especially thanks to Lucia and her consistently excellent work.

It’s a scam. Very unskilled , crazy person owns this place and misinformation the clients. Lies to the government about the clients earnings. It’s a miracle it’s open! Says she is helping them but really she is making money on them. It’s not a community center it’s an insurance scammer hiding behind it all!
